Madhuvarsha is a classical vocal album series comprises of diversified styles. It comprise of two words means Madhu (HONEY) + Varsha (RAIN) means rain of honey or rain of love.
The first volume is recorded by national awarded artist Padma Shri Sumitra Guha , who is one of the prominent vocalist of India. Her music content are counted as ‘experiences’ that bear the stamp of exclusive musical devotion. In Madhuvarsha, she sang ineffable compositions from 5 minutes to as long as 30 minutes in duration on various scales, ragas of Indian classical music. The Madhuvarsha series also categorized special section on devotional music.
